Renusol MetaSole+ on trapezoidal metal-sheet roofs
Annual generation
80,279 kWh a year (est.)
The challenge
The Indurent estate’s seven units vary a lot in size, so the systems range from 5.72 kWp to 21.12 kWp. Each unit needed its own system, with its own inverter and metering.
Our solution
We designed seven separate arrays from the same LONGi 440 W panel, 226 panels in total, and matched each to a Solis three-phase inverter sized for that roof, from 5 kW on the smallest unit to 20 kW on the two largest. Each unit has its own inverter and metering. A structural appraisal confirmed the existing roofs could take the load with no strengthening needed.
The results
All seven systems were handed over in January 2025, giving the estate 99.44 kWp of rooftop solar. Seven separate G99 grid connections, one per unit, were commissioned in January 2025. Across the seven units the system is estimated to generate around 80,279 kWh a year.
