Geographical Coverage: Our standard solar photovoltaic (PV) installation package covers properties within an 80-mile radius of Beverley, East Yorkshire. Installations beyond this area are possible but will incur an additional cost per mile, which will be calculated from the 80-mile boundary. Please contact us directly for a bespoke travel cost estimate.

Roof Compatibility: The advertised package price applies exclusively to properties with pan-tile roofing. If your property has a different type of roofing material, additional costs will apply. We advise you to inquire for a specific quote tailored to your roofing type.

Roof Survey: Prior to any commitment, a mandatory roof survey will be conducted to ensure that your property is suitable for a solar PV installation. This survey assesses the condition of your roof, orientation, pitch, and any potential shading issues to maximize the efficiency of your solar PV system. The survey may lead to recommendations for preparatory work, which could incur additional costs.

We reserve the right to decline the installation if the survey indicates that your roof is unsuitable for a safe and effective solar PV system installation.

Installation Agreement: Upon a satisfactory roof survey, a formal installation agreement will be provided outlining the full terms and conditions, installation timeline, and payment terms. Installation will proceed only upon agreement and acceptance of these terms.
